Car
If you are driving, head towards Seoraksan National Park from Sokcho. Follow the signs for Seoraksan and enter through the park entrance. Drive along the main road until you reach the parking area near the Seoraksan Visitor Center. From there, find the trailhead that leads to 마등령 삼거리. It's a popular hiking trail, and you will see signs directing you toward 마등령, 오세암, and 공룡능선. Note that there may be a parking fee at the entrance, usually around 2,000 to 3,000 KRW.

To reach 마등령 삼거리 using public transportation, take a bus from Sokcho to Seoraksan National Park. Buses frequently depart from Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal to the park entrance. Once you arrive at the park entrance, walk towards the Seoraksan Visitor Center. The hiking trail to 마등령 삼거리 starts nearby. Make sure to check the bus schedules ahead of time. The bus fare is approximately 1,500 KRW.

After arriving at the Seoraksan Visitor Center by car or public transport, you will need to hike to 마등령 삼거리. The hike is well-marked and takes approximately 2-3 hours depending on your pace.
