If you're traveling by car, you can reach 용소폭포 by taking the Main Road 46 towards Yangyang-gun. Follow the signs to Seoraksan National Park and enter through the Osaek Entrance. Once you enter the park, continue driving until you see signs for the 용소폭포 parking area. There is a parking fee of approximately 2,000 KRW (South Korean Won) for parking within the park. After parking, follow the marked walking trail to the waterfall, which is about a 20-minute walk.

To reach 용소폭포 using public transportation, take a bus from Sokcho to Osaek. Buses run regularly from Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal to Osaek (approximately 30-40 minutes). Once you arrive at Osaek, you will need to walk to the Osaek Entrance of Seoraksan National Park. After entering the park, follow the signs to the 용소폭포 walking trail. It is about a 20-minute hike from the entrance to the waterfall. Be aware that the bus fare is around 2,000 KRW.
