If you are traveling by car, start from the Seoraksan National Park entrance. Drive towards the Osaek-dong area on the main road, following signs for Osaek Hot Springs. After approximately 10 km, you will reach a junction. Take a left turn towards Osaek-ri. Continue on this road for about 5 km, and you will see signs for Jujeongol Valley. Park your car in the designated parking area near the valley entrance. There is typically no parking fee.

Public Transportation
To reach Jujeongol Valley via public transportation, first take a bus from Sokcho to Osaek Hot Springs. Buses run regularly, and the ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Osaek Hot Springs, you can either walk (approximately 30 minutes) or take a local taxi to Jujeongol Valley. The taxi fare will be around 5,000 KRW. Make sure to confirm that the taxi driver understands your destination.
