Subway
If you are near the Seoul Subway, head to the nearest station and take Line 1 (the Blue Line) towards Seodongtan. Get off at City Hall Station and take Exit 2. After exiting, walk straight for about 200 meters, and you will see Deoksugung Palace on your left at 41-11 Jeongdong-gil.

Look for a bus stop nearby. Take bus number 405 or 470. Stay on the bus until you reach the 'Deoksugung Palace' stop (Deoksugung Gungwon). From the bus stop, you will see the entrance to Deoksugung Palace right in front of you.

If you are in the Myeongdong area, you can walk to Deoksugung Palace. Head towards the main road and walk to the east until you reach the intersection with Jeongdong-gil. Turn left on Jeongdong-gil and walk straight for about 500 meters. You will see Deoksugung Palace on your right.
