If you're near a subway station, take Line 3 (the Orange Line) towards Daehwa. Alight at Gyeongbokgung Station (Exit 3). After exiting, walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the main entrance to Gyeongbokgung Palace. From there, turn right and head down Sejong-daero for about 700 meters. Turn left onto Saemunan-ro, and you will find Gyeonggyojang House at 29 Saemunan-ro.

Check for the nearest bus stop and take Bus 102 or 1711. Get off at the Gyeongbokgung Palace stop. Once you alight, head towards the main entrance of Gyeongbokgung Palace, then turn right and walk along Sejong-daero for about 700 meters. Turn left onto Saemunan-ro, and Gyeonggyojang House will be at 29 Saemunan-ro.
