Subway
If you are in central Seoul, take Line 2 (Green Line) at any station. If you're near Seoul Station, board the subway towards the Hongdae area. Get off at Hongik University Station (홍대입구역). Once you exit, use Exit 9. After you exit, walk straight along Wausan-ro for about 5 minutes until you reach Wausan-ro 21-gil. The Hongdae Free Market will be on your left at 19-3 Wausan-ro 21-gil.
Bus
Find the nearest bus stop and take bus number 7737 or 6016 towards Hongdae. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach 'Hongik University'. Once you get off, walk towards Wausan-ro and then go straight until you reach Wausan-ro 21-gil. The Hongdae Free Market will be located at 19-3 Wausan-ro 21-gil, just a short walk from the bus stop.
Taxi
If you prefer taking a taxi, simply tell the driver '홍대 프리 마켓' (Hongdae Free Market) or provide them with the address: 19-3 Wausan-ro 21-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The driver will know the location, and it should take around 10-20 minutes depending on traffic from central Seoul.
