Car
From the center of Busan, take the Gwangalli Bridge towards Yeongdo Island. After crossing the bridge, continue straight until you reach the intersection. Turn left onto Dongsam-dong Road and follow the signs for Yeongdo Haneul (Sky) Observation Deck. There is parking available near the observation deck, but be aware that it may incur a fee (approximately 1,000 KRW for the first hour). Continue on Dongsam-dong Road until you see the signs for the observation deck, which will be on your right.

Public Transportation
To reach Yeongdo Haneul (Sky) Observation Deck via public transportation, start by taking the Busan Subway Line 1 to Nampo Station. From there, exit the station and catch Bus 88 or Bus 101. These buses will take you directly to the Yeongdo area. After getting off at the nearest bus stop to the observation deck, follow the signs to walk approximately 10 minutes uphill to the observation deck. Keep in mind that bus fares are around 1,200 KRW, and you may need a T-money card for easier fare payments.
