From anywhere in El Palmeral, head towards the main road, Avenida de Denia. Walk towards the direction of the sea until you reach the intersection with Avenida de la Estación. Turn left and continue straight until you reach the entrance of the Castillo de Santa Bárbara. The Patio de Armas is located within the castle grounds.
