If you are starting from the Sants Estació, take the L3 (Green Line) metro towards Zona Universitària. Alight at the Paral·lel station (2 stops). From Paral·lel, transfer to the Funicular de Montjuïc. Take the funicular up to Montjuïc, which will take you directly into the park area.
