From the center of Girona, head to the Estació d'Autobusos (Bus Station) located at Carrer de Pau Casals, 5. Take the bus to Calonge, which typically departs every hour. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Calonge, get off at the Calonge (Carrer del Doctor Barraquer) stop. From there, walk straight down Carrer del Doctor Barraquer until you reach the beach area.

Take a train from Girona to the nearest station, which is Platja d'Aro. The trains run regularly from Girona's train station, which is located near the city center. After about a 30-minute ride, disembark at Platja d'Aro station. From the train station, walk towards the beach area. It’s approximately a 20-minute walk to Cala Del Paller.
