From the center of Girona, head to the main bus station, Estació d'Autobusos de Girona, located at Carrer de Pau Casals, 1-3. You can walk there or take a short taxi ride. Once at the bus station, look for the bus service to Calonge. The bus line you want to take is the 'Sarfa' bus service. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Make sure to check the schedule in advance as buses may not run frequently throughout the day. Upon arrival in Calonge, disembark at the Calonge bus station, which is centrally located.

From the Calonge bus station, walk south down Carrer de la Fira. Continue straight until you reach the main road, then turn right onto Carrer de la Indústria. Follow this road until you reach Carrer del Mar. Turn left and continue walking towards the coastline. As you approach, you will see signs directing you to Platja Can Cristus. The beach is about a 20-minute walk from the bus station.

If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle in Girona. From the city center, head towards the bike path that leads out of the city. Follow the signs that indicate the route to Calonge. The route is approximately 25 kilometers and takes about 1.5 hours. Upon reaching Calonge, navigate to the beach by following the same directions as the walking route from the bus station.
