Once you are in the Tuk-Tuk, ask the driver to take you to Kanneliya Rainforest in Galle. The driver will head north on the Galle Road (A2) and then take the Galle exit, following the signs towards Galle. After approximately 30 minutes of travel, you will reach the entrance of Kanneliya Rainforest, where you can enjoy the natural beauty.

  • Public Bus

    To reach Kanneliya Rainforest using public transport, walk to the Bentota Bus Stand located on the main road. Take a bus heading towards Galle, which usually has a sign indicating Galle. The journey will take around 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive at the Galle Bus Stand, you can either take a Tuk-Tuk or a local bus towards Koralegama, where Kanneliya Rainforest is located. Inform the driver to drop you off at the entrance of Kanneliya Rainforest.

    If you are feeling adventurous and enjoy walking, you can start from the Bentota Beach area. Head towards the main road, and continue walking along Galle Road (A2) heading north.
