After approximately 10 kilometers, you will arrive at a junction; turn left onto the road leading to Bandarawela. Continue driving for about 5 kilometers until you reach RXCP+2GJ, where Ellatota Ella Waterfall is located. There is limited parking available near the waterfall.

    To reach Ellatota Ella Waterfall using public transport, exit Horton Plains National Park and walk to the nearest bus stop on the A26 road. Board a bus heading towards Bandarawela.
