If you're traveling by car from the main entrance of Horton Plains National Park, head towards the Nuwara Eliya road (A7). After exiting the park, follow the A7 road for approximately 6 km. Keep an eye out for the wind power station, which is located at the coordinates 6.896336, 80.802835. You can park in designated areas nearby to capture photos of the wind power station.

From Horton Plains National Park, take a bus or a tuk-tuk to Nuwara Eliya town. Once in Nuwara Eliya, catch a local bus or hire a tuk-tuk to the wind power station. Inform the driver to take you to the address VRW3+G4, Nuwara Eliya. The fare should be around LKR 100-200 for the bus or LKR 300-500 for a tuk-tuk, depending on negotiation.
