Getting There

    If you are starting from the Kandy City Center, head southwest on D. S. Senanayake Veediya. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Colombo Street. Turn right onto Colombo Street and walk for approximately 300 meters until you see the Kandy Lake on your left. Keep walking along the lake until you reach the Sri dalada Maligawa entrance, which is well marked.
