Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, head towards WQXQ+VJQ in Nuwara Eliya. From the main road (A7), take the exit at Nuwara Eliya and follow the signs towards the city center. The location is located right in the heart of the city, so parking may be available nearby but can be limited during peak tourist seasons. Expect to pay for parking in public areas.

• Public Bus

  If you are using public transportation, take a bus to Nuwara Eliya from the nearest major city, such as Kandy or Colombo. Buses from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya regularly leave from the Kandy Bus Station. The journey takes around 2.5 to 3 hours and costs approximately LKR 200-300. Once you arrive at the Nuwara Eliya Bus Station, it is a short walk to WQXQ+VJQ, where you can enjoy the local attractions.

  For a more localized experience, you can hire a tuk-tuk from wherever you are within Nuwara Eliya District. Tuk-tuks are a common and convenient mode of transport. Just tell the driver 'WQXQ+VJQ' or show them a map of the location. The fare will typically range from LKR 100-500 depending on the distance. Make sure to negotiate the price before starting your journey.

• Walking

  If you are already in the vicinity of Nuwara Eliya, you can explore the area by walking. The district is pedestrian-friendly, and many attractions are within walking distance from each other. Use your phone’s GPS to navigate to WQXQ+VJQ, and enjoy the scenic views of the town along the way. Be cautious of traffic, especially during peak hours.
