Start from the center of Nuwara Eliya at the famous Nuwara Eliya Post Office. Head northeast on Post Office Road for about 200 meters until you reach the junction with Bank Street. Turn right onto Bank Street and continue for about 300 meters. You'll come to the intersection with the A5 road. Cross the road carefully and head straight onto the A5, going towards Kandy. Walk for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the entrance of the British Garrison Cemetery, which will be on your left.

Tuk-Tuk
From your location in Nuwara Eliya, head towards the nearest tuk-tuk stand, which can usually be found near the city center or the market area. Inform the driver that you want to go to the British Garrison Cemetery in Kandy. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes to reach the cemetery, depending on traffic. The driver will take the A5 road, and you can enjoy the scenic views along the way.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Nuwara Eliya. Start your journey from the town center, heading northeast on Post Office Road. Continue straight until you reach Bank Street, then take a right turn. Follow Bank Street until you reach the A5 road. Turn left onto the A5 and cycle for about 1.5 kilometers until you see the British Garrison Cemetery on your left. Be cautious of traffic, especially near the A5.
