From the center of Nuwara Eliya, head towards the Nuwara Eliya Post Office on Post Office Road. From there, walk along the main road towards the direction of the Nuwara Eliya Golf Club. Continue walking on the main road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left fork onto the Hawa Eliya Road. Continue straight for another 1 kilometer until you reach the junction, then turn right onto the Passara Road. Follow this road for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach the Nine Arches Bridge on your left. The bridge is well-marked and you will see signposts indicating the attraction.

If you're near the Nuwara Eliya bus station, you can easily find a tuk-tuk. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Nine Arches Bridge in Ella, located on Getehewelapathana Passara Road.
