Walking
From the center of Nuwara Eliya, head towards the Nuwara Eliya Post Office on Post Office Road. From there, walk along the main road towards the direction of the Nuwara Eliya Golf Club. Continue walking on the main road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left fork onto the Hawa Eliya Road. Continue straight for another 1 kilometer until you reach the junction, then turn right onto the Passara Road. Follow this road for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach the Nine Arches Bridge on your left. The bridge is well-marked and you will see signposts indicating the attraction.

Tuk-Tuk
If you're near the Nuwara Eliya bus station, you can easily find a tuk-tuk. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Nine Arches Bridge in Ella, located on Getehewelapathana Passara Road. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will know the best route to take. Once you arrive, the bridge is a short walk from where the tuk-tuk drops you off.

From Nuwara Eliya, head to the main bus station and take a bus heading towards Ella. The journey typically takes around 1-1.5 hours. Notify the conductor that you want to get off at Nine Arches Bridge; they will inform you when you reach the stop. Once you get off the bus, walk towards the bridge, which is just a few minutes away on foot. Follow any signs or ask locals for the best way to reach the bridge.
