From the center of Nuwara Eliya, head to the main bus station located on the Peradeniya Road. Take a bus towards Talawakelle, which should take approximately 30-45 minutes. Alight at the Talawakelle bus stop. Once you disembark, you may need to ask locals for directions to St. Clair Falls, as it is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Head south on the main road (A7) and then take a left onto the side road leading to the falls. Follow the signs and enjoy the scenic views along the way.
