If you're traveling by car, start from Colombo and head towards Maharagama. Take the Southern Expressway (E01) and exit at the Maharagama exit. Follow the signs for Maharagama Town and take the first left onto High Level Road (A1). Continue straight for about 3 kilometers until you reach the junction near the Boralesgamuwa area. Turn right onto Boralesgamuwa Road. After about 1 kilometer, you will find Boralesgamuwa Lake on your left. Parking is available near the lake, but be cautious of local parking regulations.

Public Transportation (Bus)
For those opting for public transportation, take a bus from Colombo to Maharagama. Buses frequently depart from the Pettah Bus Stand. Look for buses heading to Maharagama or Nugegoda. The fare is approximately 30-50 LKR. Once you arrive at Maharagama Bus Station, you can either walk or take a local tuk-tuk to Boralesgamuwa Lake. If you choose to walk, head south on High Level Road (A1) for about 2 kilometers, then turn left onto Boralesgamuwa Road. The lake will be about 1 kilometer down this road on your left.
