Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are at the central station (Göteborgs Centralstation), exit the station and head south on Norra Hamngatan. Continue walking straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Kungsportsavenyn. Turn left onto Kungsportsavenyn, a prominent boulevard lined with shops and cafes. Walk for approximately 500 meters, and you will see the large square, Gustaf Adolfs Torg, ahead. The Gothenburg Town Hall is located at Gustaf Adolfs Torg 1, on the west side of the square.

  • Tram

    From any location in Gothenburg, find the nearest tram stop and take tram line 3 or 11 towards 'Biskopsgården' or 'Saltholmen'. Get off at the 'Kungsportsplatsen' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk towards Kungsportsavenyn, which is right in front of you. Walk along Kungsportsavenyn for about 300 meters until you reach Gustaf Adolfs Torg. The Gothenburg Town Hall will be on your left at Gustaf Adolfs Torg 1.

  • Bus

    If you are near a bus stop, take bus line 16, 19, or 25 towards 'Biskopsgården' or 'Brunnsparken'. Get off at 'Brunnsparken'. From the bus stop, walk towards the large intersection and follow the signs to Kungsportsavenyn. Head south on Kungsportsavenyn for about 400 meters, and you will arrive at Gustaf Adolfs Torg. The Gothenburg Town Hall is located at Gustaf Adolfs Torg 1, on the west side of the square.
