From Sarek National Park, head south on E45 towards Jokkmokk. Continue for about 200 km until you reach the junction with E4. Merge onto E4 southbound towards Stockholm. After approximately 800 km, take the exit for Norrtälje (Route 76). Follow Route 76 to the town of Norrtälje, then follow signs for Ängsö National Park. Note that Sarek is quite remote, and the drive will take considerable time, so plan for rest stops along the way.

From Sarek National Park, you will need to take a bus to Jokkmokk. From Jokkmokk, catch a bus to Stockholm. Once in Stockholm, you can take a train or a bus to Norrtälje.
