To reach Bastnäs using public transportation, take a train to Skinnskatteberg from any major city in Sweden. The closest train station is in Skinnskatteberg. Once you arrive at the train station, you can take a local bus (Bus number 501) towards V. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will drop you off at the nearest stop to Bastnäs. The bus fare costs approximately 30 SEK. From the bus stop, you may need to walk about 1 km to reach the mine entrance.
