Start your journey at T-Centralen, the central station in Stockholm. Take the Tunnelbana (subway) Line 14 (the green line) towards Nacka Strand. Get off at the stop 'Nacka Strand'. From there, walk towards the water and follow the signs for Nackareservatet. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the station.

Alternatively, you can take Bus 402 from T-Centralen. Board the bus at the bus terminal just outside the station. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop 'Nackareservatet'. From the bus stop, follow the marked trails into the nature reserve.

You can also take a boat from Slussen to Nacka. Board the boat to Nacka at the Slussen ferry terminal. The boat ride takes around 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Nacka, follow the signs to Nackareservatet, which is about a 10-minute walk from the dock.
