Public Transport
Start at T-Centralen, the main subway station in Stockholm. Take the red line (Line 14) towards Fruängen. After 8 stops, get off at the station 'Liljeholmen'. From Liljeholmen, transfer to the tram line 21 towards 'Nacka Strand'. Ride the tram for 6 stops and get off at 'Nacka Forum'. From Nacka Forum, you can walk 15 minutes to reach Nackareservatet. Head southeast on Nacka Storgata, then turn left onto Älta Gårdsvägen, which will lead you directly into the nature reserve.

Bus
From T-Centralen, take the metro (green line, Line 19) to 'Fridhemsplan' station. From there, exit and catch bus 422 towards 'Nacka'. Ride the bus for about 20 minutes until you reach 'Älta centrum'. From the bus stop, walk approximately 10 minutes east on Ältavägen, and you will arrive at the entrance of Nackareservatet.

Start at Slussen ferry terminal in Stockholm. Take the ferry to 'Nacka Strand'. Upon arrival at Nacka Strand, exit the ferry and follow the coastal path for about 20 minutes, heading northeast.
