Public Transport - Metro
Start your journey at T-Centralen, the main metro station in Stockholm. Take the Green Line (Line 19 or 17) towards Hässelby Strand or Skarpnäck. Disembark at the station called 'Trångsund'. Upon exiting the station, head towards the south on Trångsundsvägen. Continue straight until you reach a small intersection, where you will turn left onto Långsjövägen. Follow this road for approximately 600 meters until you reach the entrance of Trångsundsskogen.

From T-Centralen, take the Metro (Green Line) to Slussen. At Slussen, transfer to bus number 740 towards Trångsund. Ride the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the stop called 'Trångsund'. Walk along the road, and you will find the entrance to Trångsundsskogen nearby. Look for signs directing you to the nature reserve.

If you are staying in the area around Trångsund, you can walk to Trångsundsskogen. Head south on Trångsundsvägen, and you will see signs leading you to the nature reserve.
