If you are in the center of Lugano, start your journey at the main train station, 'Lugano Stazione'. Exit the station and head towards Via Nassa, a popular shopping street. Walk along Via Nassa until you reach the waterfront of Lake Lugano. Once you arrive at the lake, turn left and follow the promenade along the water. Continue walking until you reach the Paradiso area. The Water Jet is located at the waterfront area of Paradiso, easily visible as you approach. The total walking distance from the train station is approximately 2 km and should take around 25-30 minutes.

From the Lugano train station, you can take bus number 2 towards 'Paradiso'. Board the bus and ride for about 10 minutes. You will need to disembark at the 'Paradiso' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk towards the lakefront. The Water Jet will be visible from the bus stop, just a short walk away. This option is convenient and allows you to enjoy the beautiful views along the route.
