Train
Start at Lugano Train Station (Lugano Stazione). Take a regional train towards Bellinzona. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Bellinzona Train Station, exit the station and walk towards the main road, Viale Stazione. Follow the road straight until you reach a roundabout. Take the first exit onto Via C. Battisti, and then turn left onto Via C. Franchini. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Nosetto, where the Palazzo Civico Municipio is located at number 5.

From Lugano, head to the bus stop located near the train station, called Lugano Stazione. Take the bus number 1 towards Bellinzona. The bus ride will take about 40 minutes. After arriving at Bellinzona, disembark at the main bus terminal. From there, walk straight to Via C. Battisti, then turn left onto Via C. Franchini. Finally, continue to Piazza Nosetto, and you will find the Palazzo Civico Municipio at number 5.

If you have already arrived at Bellinzona by train, exit the train station. From the station, head east on Viale Stazione towards Via C. Battisti. After approximately 500 meters, take a right onto Via C. Franchini. Continue walking straight for about 300 meters until you reach Piazza Nosetto. The Palazzo Civico Municipio will be on your left at number 5.
