Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the Thun Train Station, exit the station and head south on Bahnhofstrasse. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the main square, called "Ob. Hauptgasse". From there, take a right onto the "Schwanenplatz" and continue straight until you see the "Schlossberg" street on your left. Turn left onto Schlossberg and walk up the hill for about 300 meters. The Stadtkirche Thun will be on your left at Schlossberg 14.

If you are near Thun's city center, you can take bus line 21 or 22 from the "Thun, Ziegelried" stop heading towards "Thun, Schloss". The journey takes about 10 minutes. Get off at the "Thun, Schloss" stop, and from there, walk up the path towards the castle. Continue walking past the castle for about 200 meters, and you will find the Stadtkirche Thun on your right at Schlossberg 14.
