    From Moshi town center, head north on Sokoine Road. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the B1 highway. Turn left onto the B1 highway and follow the signs for Kikatiti. After about 15 kilometers, you will see signs for Materuni Waterfalls. Turn right onto a dirt road when you see the sign. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the entrance to the Materuni Waterfalls.

  • Walking

    Start at the Moshi bus station and walk towards Sokoine Road. Head north along Sokoine Road until you reach the junction with the B1 highway. Cross the highway carefully and continue walking north along the B1. After about 15 kilometers, keep an eye out for the signs leading to Kikatiti and Materuni Waterfalls. Follow the dirt road indicated by the signs for about 2 kilometers until you arrive at the waterfalls.

  • Tuk-tuk

    From Moshi town, find a tuk-tuk at the designated tuk-tuk stand. Inform the driver that you want to go to Materuni Waterfalls. The driver will take you north on Sokoine Road and then onto the B1 highway. After about 15 kilometers, the driver will turn off onto a dirt road following the signs for Materuni Waterfalls. The tuk-tuk will drop you off at the entrance after approximately 2 kilometers on the dirt road.

  • Motorbike taxi (Bodaboda)

    At Moshi's central market, hire a bodaboda and tell the driver you want to go to Materuni Waterfalls. The driver will navigate through Moshi town and take Sokoine Road north. They will then merge onto the B1 highway heading towards Kikatiti. After around 15 kilometers, they will turn onto the dirt road following the signage for Materuni Waterfalls. Expect a short ride on the dirt road before reaching the entrance.
