If you have access to a car, start your journey from Moshi town, which is approximately 28 kilometers away from Marangu. Head southeast on the A23 road towards Marangu. Follow the signs for Marangu and keep an eye out for the signs directing you to the Kilimanjaro Waterfalls. Once you reach Marangu, navigate to the address 884 Marangu 25221. Park in the designated parking area near the entrance to the waterfalls. There may be a small parking fee, so keep some Tanzanian Shillings on hand.

To reach Kilimanjaro Waterfalls using public transport, take a daladala (shared minibus) from Moshi town heading to Marangu. The fare is typically around 1,000 to 2,000 TZS (Tanzanian Shillings). Inform the driver that you want to go to Kilimanjaro Waterfalls, and they will drop you off at a suitable spot near the entrance. From there, you may need to walk a short distance to reach the waterfalls. Be prepared to pay a small entrance fee, which usually ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 TZS.

If you're already in Marangu and prefer walking, you can reach Kilimanjaro Waterfalls by following the main road from the center of Marangu. Head towards the signposts for the waterfalls, which are approximately 2 kilometers from the center. The walk will take about 30-40 minutes.
