    If you are traveling by car, start from Moshi town, which is a common entry point to the Kilimanjaro Region. Head northwest on B1 towards Arusha for about 21 kilometers. After reaching the junction at Himo, take the left turn onto A23 and continue for approximately 6 kilometers until you reach the sign for Mkuu. Turn right onto the road leading to Mkuu. Follow this road for about 10 kilometers, and you will see signs for Mkuu Cultural Tourism Enterprise on your left near Kelamfua Mkuu.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Mkuu Cultural Tourism Enterprise using public transportation, take a daladala (local minibus) from Moshi to Himo. The fare is typically around 2,000 TZS. Once you arrive in Himo, you will need to transfer to a daladala heading towards Mkuu. This second leg of the journey will cost around 1,500 TZS and takes about 30 minutes. Inform the driver you are going to Kelamfua Mkuu, and they will drop you off at the nearest point. From there, it's a short walk to the enterprise.
