Walking
If you are in Stone Town, start at the Forodhani Gardens located near the waterfront. Head east along the coast on the promenade, enjoying the ocean view. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction of Kenyatta Road and the main road. Turn left onto Kenyatta Road and walk straight for another 10 minutes. You will see the entrance to Zanzibar Park on your right, just after you pass the Zanzibar Zoo.
Bicycle
From your location in Zanzibar City, rent a bicycle and head towards the coast. Follow the coastline, riding along the scenic path near Forodhani Gardens.Continue along the coast for about 15 minutes until you reach the Kenyatta Road junction. Turn left onto Kenyatta Road and cycle for another 10 minutes. Zanzibar Park will be on your right, just past the Zanzibar Zoo.
Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)
Find a nearby Boda Boda stand in Zanzibar City and inform the rider that you want to go to Zanzibar Park. The ride should take about 10 minutes, depending on traffic. The Boda Boda will take you directly to the entrance of Zanzibar Park, which is located on Kenyatta Road.
Public Transport (Dala Dala)
Locate a Dala Dala station in Zanzibar City. Take a Dala Dala heading towards the northern part of the city. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at Zanzibar Park. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes. Once you get off, walk for about 5 minutes on Kenyatta Road, and you will see Zanzibar Park on your left.
