If you are in the heart of Stone Town, head towards the Forodhani Gardens, located near the waterfront. From there, walk along the seafront promenade until you reach the Old Fort (Ngome Kongwe). Continue walking along the Malindi Rd, where you'll find the Old Dispensary on your left side. Look for the recognizable building with intricate architecture, which is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Fort.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Stone Town. Start your journey from the Darajani Market area, cycling towards the waterfront. Follow the road along the coast until you reach the Old Fort (Ngome Kongwe). From the Old Fort, continue cycling along Malindi Rd, and you will see the Old Dispensary just a short distance ahead. Parking for bicycles is available near the entrance.

Public Transport (Dala Dala)
Locate a Dala Dala terminal in Stone Town, such as near the Darajani Market. Board a Dala Dala heading towards Malindi. Disembark when you reach the stop closest to Malindi Rd. From there, walk along Malindi Rd for about 5-10 minutes, and you will find the Old Dispensary on your left side. Make sure to ask the conductor to alert you when you reach your stop.

Find a Tuk Tuk stand in Stone Town, such as near the Old Fort. Negotiate a fare with the driver to take you to the Old Dispensary. The journey should take about 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic.
