If you're driving from downtown Chattanooga, take US-27 N. Merge onto I-24 W toward Nashville. Take exit 178 for I-24 W and continue for about 4 miles. Take exit 174 for US-41 S/US-76 S. Continue on US-41 S for about 1.5 miles, then turn left onto Garden Rd. Follow Garden Rd for about 1 mile, and you will find Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center on your right at 400 Garden Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37419.

Public transportation options are limited in Chattanooga Valley, but you can take the Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) bus. Start by taking Bus Route 4 (East Ridge via Ringgold Rd) from various stops in Chattanooga, and transfer to Bus Route 11 at the Downtown Terminal. Ride Route 11 towards Lookout Mountain until you reach the stop closest to Garden Rd. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk (0.7 miles) to Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center. If you're feeling adventurous and have access to a bike, you can cycle to Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center. Start on the Riverwalk path, which offers beautiful views along the Tennessee River. Continue to follow the path until you reach the intersection with US-41.
