Getting There

    From Southside Historic District, head northwest on East Main Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Broad Street. Turn left onto Broad Street and continue for approximately 0.3 miles. Once you reach the Tennessee Aquarium, make your way towards the Riverwalk entrance nearby. Follow the Riverwalk path along the Tennessee River for about 1 mile until you reach the foot of Lookout Mountain. You will see signs directing you towards the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway.

    Take the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway from the base of Lookout Mountain. The railway operates from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, and the cost for a round trip is $15 for adults. Enjoy the scenic ride up the mountain, which takes about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at the top station, you will be greeted with stunning views. From the top, follow the signs to Cravens House which is about a 10-minute walk from the station.
