    From the center of Chiang Rai, head to the main bus station near the clock tower. Look for a songthaew (red truck) heading to Mae Chan. The fare is usually around 30-50 THB. Inform the driver that you would like to get off at Choui Fong Tea. The songthaew will drop you off along the main road near the entrance. From there, it’s about a 10-15 minute walk uphill to the tea plantation.

    You can hire a tuk-tuk from your hotel or any location in Chiang Rai. Negotiate a fare before you start your journey; it should be around 200-300 THB for a round trip. Ask the driver to take you directly to Choui Fong Tea in Pa Sang, Mae Chan District. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic.
