Songthaew (Shared Taxi)
From the center of Chiang Rai, head to the main bus station (Terminal 1). Look for a songthaew heading towards Mae Suai. The fare is usually around 40-50 THB. Inform the driver that you are going to Doi Chang Coffee Estate, and he will drop you off at the closest point. The journey takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you are dropped off along the main road, you will need to walk about 1 kilometer uphill to reach the estate.

Motorbike Taxi
If you prefer a quicker option, you can hire a motorbike taxi from anywhere in Chiang Rai. Negotiate the fare, which should be around 200-300 THB. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. The motorbike taxi can drop you off directly at the Doi Chang Coffee Estate entrance.

For the more adventurous, consider renting a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Chiang Rai. Make your way to the Mae Suai district, and follow signs towards Doi Chang. The ride is approximately 17 kilometers, which can take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace.
