If you are in the center of Chiang Rai, head to the Clock Tower, which is a popular landmark. From the Clock Tower, walk west along Phaholyothin Road for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Thanalai Road. Turn left onto Thanalai Road and continue walking straight for another 200 meters. Walking Street Chiang Rai will be on your right.

Find a tuk-tuk at any main street in Chiang Rai, such as near the Clock Tower. Tell the driver 'Walking Street' or show them the address: Thanalai, Tambon Wiang, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai 57000. The ride should take around 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. The tuk-tuk will drop you off right at the entrance to Walking Street.

If you prefer to ride a bicycle, you can rent one from various shops around the city. Start from the Clock Tower and cycle west along Phaholyothin Road for about 500 meters. Turn left onto Thanalai Road and continue for another 200 meters. You will find Walking Street Chiang Rai on your right. There is usually bike parking available nearby.
