From any central location in Chiang Rai, such as the Chiang Rai Night Bazaar, head to the nearest tuk-tuk stand. You can usually find these near popular tourist spots. Inform the driver that you want to go to Long Neck Thasut in Tha Sut. The trip should take approximately 30-40 minutes, and it will cost around 200-300 THB. The tuk-tuk will drop you off at the entrance of Long Neck Thasut.

Locate a songthaew (red truck taxi) at the designated taxi stands, commonly found at major intersections or in front of markets. Ask the driver to take you to Long Neck Thasut in Tha Sut. Make sure to confirm that they will drop you off at the tourist attraction. The fare should be around 30-50 THB, and the journey will take about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.

If you're feeling adventurous and want to explore the area, consider renting a bicycle from a rental shop in Chiang Rai. Head south on Phaholyothin Road (Highway 1) towards Tha Sut. Follow the road signs directing you to Tha Sut. It's about 10-12 km away, so plan for an hour of cycling time. Stay on the main road, and be cautious of traffic. Once you reach Tha Sut, ask locals for directions to Long Neck Thasut.
