From Loei town center, head to the Loei Bus Terminal (Terminal 1) located on Phon Phisai Rd. You can take a songthaew (shared taxi) or tuk-tuk to reach the bus terminal. Once at the terminal, look for buses heading to Phu Kradueng. Buses run frequently, especially in the morning. The journey takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Make sure to tell the bus driver your destination is Phu Kradueng National Park.

After arriving at the Phu Kradueng Bus Terminal, you can take a songthaew to the park entrance. The songthaew will usually be waiting at the bus terminal. Confirm with the driver that they are going to Phu Kradueng National Park. The ride takes about 30 minutes and you will be dropped off at the park entrance.

Once you reach the park entrance, you will need to pay the entrance fee. From the entrance, you will begin your hike to the top of Phu Kradueng, which is about 6 kilometers. The trail is well-marked, and it typically takes 2-3 hours to reach the summit. Ensure you have proper hiking gear and enough water for the trek.
