To reach Maesawannoi Waterfall from the center of Mae Hong Son, take a songthaew (shared taxi) from the Mae Hong Son bus station. Ask the driver to take you to Mae Sariang, and specify that you would like to stop at Maesawannoi Waterfall. The ride will take about an hour. Ensure you keep an eye on the surroundings as the driver may not speak English well. The waterfall is located just off the main road, so you can spot it once you approach the area.

Motorbike Rental
If you're feeling adventurous and want to explore more of the local scenery, consider renting a motorbike. You can rent a bike at various shops in Mae Hong Son. Once you have your bike, head south on Highway 108 towards Mae Sariang. After approximately 30 kilometers, keep an eye out for signs indicating Maesawannoi Waterfall. The entrance to the waterfall will be on your left, and there's a small parking area available.

For the more adventurous, you can consider hiking to Maesawannoi Waterfall. Start at the Mae Hong Son town center and make your way to Highway 108. Follow the road south for about 5 kilometers until you reach the trailhead for the waterfall. The hike is moderately challenging and will take around 2-3 hours, depending on your pace. Ensure you bring plenty of water and wear appropriate hiking shoes.
