Walking
From your current location in Serrekunda, head towards the main road, Kairaba Avenue. Walk northwest until you reach the intersection with the Senegambia Strip. Continue along the Senegambia Strip, looking for signs towards the ferry terminal. Once you reach the ferry terminal, take a ferry across the river to the town of Karang. After disembarking, follow the road signs to Fathala Wildlife Reserve, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the ferry dock.

Bicycle
If you can rent a bicycle, start from the center of Serrekunda and ride towards Kairaba Avenue. Cycle northwest along Kairaba Avenue until you reach the intersection with the Senegambia Strip. Continue on Senegambia Strip and follow the signs to the ferry terminal. Park your bicycle at the terminal, take the ferry to Karang, and upon reaching Karang, you can rent another bicycle or walk to Fathala Wildlife Reserve, which is about 10 minutes away on foot.

Public Transport (Taxi or Shared Taxi)
From Serrekunda, find a shared taxi (also known as 'sept-place') at one of the main taxi ranks. Ask the driver to take you to the ferry terminal, and they will drop you off there. Once you arrive at the ferry terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Karang. After crossing the river, exit the ferry and look for local transport options or follow the road signs to Fathala Wildlife Reserve, which is just a short walk away.
