Car
If you are traveling by car, start by heading south on Main Street (also known as Jinja Road) from the center of Jinja. Continue straight for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Bridge Street. After about 500 meters, you will see the Source Of The Nile Reptile Park on your right-hand side. There is parking available near the entrance. Note that there may be a small entrance fee, so keep some cash handy.

Public Transportation (Boda Boda)
For a unique local experience, take a Boda Boda (motorcycle taxi) to the Source Of The Nile Reptile Park. You can find Boda Boda stands throughout Jinja, especially near major intersections.
