Cross the road and continue straight onto Corporation Street. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will come to the intersection with the A4540. Continue straight, and then take a left onto Frederick Street. The Pen Museum is located at The Argent Centre, 60 Frederick St, Birmingham B1 3HS, which should be on your right after a short walk.
