Getting There

  • Bus

    From the city center of Cambridge, head to the Drummer Street Bus Station. Look for the bus service number 7 or 8 that travels towards Duxford. The bus will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the Duxford Airfield stop, which is close to the entrance of the museum.

  • Train

    From Cambridge Station, take a train towards Whittlesford Parkway Station. The journey takes about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at Whittlesford Parkway, exit the station and walk about 20 minutes following the signs towards Duxford Airfield. Alternatively, you can catch a taxi from the station if you prefer.

    If you are near the city center, you can choose to walk to Duxford Airfield. Start at the Market Square and head south towards the River Cam. Walk along the river until you reach the A505.
