Walk straight along the road until you reach the bus stop. From there, take the train to Liverpool Lime Street Station. Once at Lime Street, exit the station and follow the signs for Gower Street, which is a short walk from the station.

Start at Chester Bus Interchange, which is centrally located. Take the Arriva bus service heading towards Liverpool. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Liverpool's main bus station, walk towards the nearest train station, Liverpool Lime Street. From Lime Street, take the exit towards Gower Street, which is only a short walking distance away.
