Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Chester Train Station, exit the station and head north on the A5116 (Station Road). Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the traffic lights at the junction with the A5268 (Frodsham Street). Turn right onto Frodsham Street, and follow it for approximately 0.3 miles until you reach the city centre. Look for the signs directing you to Northgate Street, where you will find Chester Town Hall Square located at the intersection.

    If you are at Chester Cathedral, exit the cathedral grounds and head southeast toward Abbey Square. From Abbey Square, turn left onto St. Werburgh Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Northgate Street.
