If you are starting from Chester Railway Station, exit the station and head towards the main road, which is the A5116. Turn left onto the A5116 and walk along the path. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the city center. Once you arrive at the city center, you will see the Eastgate Clock on your left. From there, continue straight along Eastgate Street until you reach the Town Hall on your right side. The Chester Visitor Information Centre is located inside the Town Hall at Northgate Street.

If you are in the city center, for instance near the Chester Cathedral, head north along St Werburgh Street. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Northgate Street. Walk straight for about 0.3 miles. The Town Hall, where the Chester Visitor Information Centre is located, will be on your left at Northgate Street.

From the Grosvenor Park, exit the park through the main gate and turn left onto the A5116 (City Road). Continue to walk straight until you reach the city center. At the first roundabout, take the second exit onto Northgate Street. Walk straight along Northgate Street for about 0.2 miles, and the Town Hall will be on your right, housing the Chester Visitor Information Centre.
