From Bournemouth, take the train from Bournemouth Station to Wareham Station. From Wareham, catch the number 40 bus towards Swanage, which will take you directly to Swanage. Once in Swanage, you can either walk (approximately 30 minutes) towards Studland or catch another bus that goes directly to Studland. Look for signage indicating Agglestone Rock, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
